July 4th Celebration Here at THD-Lamb Shank Dinner Last Night

Today starting at 11:OO AM will be my first July 4th celebration here at THD. The Menu is fit for a King with BBQ back ribs, sweet & sour chicken wings, hamburgers, hot dogs and grilled chicken thighs and breast along with corn on the cob, potato salad, ceasar salad, Spring Mixed with Berries, Beer,wine and assorted soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea etc....

However, my dinner last night was a memorable event as it was my first time to ravish a Braised Lamb Shank in red wine sauce, served with mash potatoes and asparagus ( see photo). The other choices were Alaskan Halibut with Cilantro Lime. artichokes with Cherry tomatoes, olives & yellow Pepper Beurre Sauce or Chicken Enchilada and all its trimmings.
