Yesterday, Saturday Afternoon, THD Fireside Lounge was the venue of this year, Harvest TEA Gathering. This was my 3rd year attending this event where majority of My Fellow Women Residents display their hats and dressed up for the occasion. There were a lot of cookies but no cucumber and smoked salmon mini sandwiches💚, however, to me the highlight of the event was not the goodies/mini sandwiches but the beautiful music from the cello, playing some of my favorite tunes, such as Yesterday, Moon River and Fly Me to the Moon. The music presentation ended with the rendition of Ave Maria. The cello music deep, warm, rich and tremulous sounds very much like a human singing and a few of us sang along with it. The cello was played by Aleksander ( Aleks) Nazaryan. We should invite Aleks to perform again during our Friday's Happy Hour here at THD.

Aleksander ( Aleks) Nazaryan- The Cellist. Is he originally from the STAN countries of Central Asia? Just my educated Guess. He knows that the design of my Shirt was Filipino-inspired.
