The beach house could now accommodate 10 guests, six in the main floor and four in the first floor( air conditioned room). Kiko Pangilinan and Niel Tupas, Jr- Our Relatives

Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan (b. 1963) is a prominent Filipino politician and lawyer known for his advocacy in agriculture and social justice. Born in Manila, he pursued a law degree at the University of the Philippines and later completed a Master of Public Administration at Harvard University. Pangilinan's political career began in the 1990s, serving as a city councilor in Quezon City. He gained national prominence as a senator, first elected in 2001, where he focused on judicial reforms and youth empowerment. During his tenure, Pangilinan championed the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act, reflecting his commitment to protecting vulnerable sectors. He also served as the Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Modernization under President Benigno Aquino III, emphasizing sustainable agriculture and food security. Pangilinan's work is set against the backdrop of the Philippines' evolving political landscape, marked by challenges in governance and social equity. His contributions continue to influence Philippine policy, particularly in agriculture and youth welfare.

Niel Tupas Jr. (b. 1970) is a prominent Filipino politician known for his significant contributions to the legislative landscape of the Philippines. Born into a politically influential family in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, he is the son of Niel Tupas Sr., a former governor of Iloilo. Niel Jr. pursued a career in law, earning his degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and later passed the bar in 1998. His political career began in earnest when he was elected as a member of the House of Representatives for the 5th District of Iloilo in 2004. During his tenure, Tupas Jr. became known for his role as the lead prosecutor in the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona in 2012, a landmark event in Philippine judicial history. His efforts in the trial underscored his commitment to accountability and transparency in governance. Niel Tupas Jr.'s legislative work and advocacy for justice reform have left a lasting impact on Philippine politics.
