I was invited to a Filipino-American- 88th Birthday, Greg Atienza, in Concord, CA, Saturday, October 4, 2025. I met Greg and his wife Ruby through John and Carol Larimore. As usual, there was plenty of Filipino Food. The party was highlighted with Lechon ( roasted Suckling PIG) ordered all the way from San Bruno, CA. Following Pinoy traditions, I took home, Salmon Sinigang Soup, which I will devour with gusto this Sunday (today).
