Personal Note: I was the Chemistry Team Leader in the Division of Anti-Infective Drug Products, New Drug Chemistry, prior to my retirement from FDA in 2002. I was responsible for all the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) requirements for all new drugs prior to approval supervising the work of 5 to 6 Chemistry Reviewers.

What's your take on imported drugs? Are they less effective and do they comply with the US FDA standards?

Have you heard that Viagra is nearing its exclusive stage and will soon be available in cheaper and generic form? This is good news for the horny old men out there. I have been spending a fortune just to keep it up and bring back the good old fun days, if you get my drift. I've never tried ordering Viagra online where unscrupulous vendors were hawking fake medications.

Have a good day, and more power to your blogs.

Hi Henry! Thank you for your feedback and comment. To me imported drugs specially from countries that have no strict regulations for its approval will never be as good as FDA approved drugs. In general drugs from Europe are better in quality than one made in Asian Countries or Mexico. You are correct on not ordering on line specially Viagra and it competitive pills. Good day!
