Over the years, my blog has taken me, and you, my readers across many landscapes: from food and culture to science, public health, and the deeply personal reflections that come with aging. A Personal Reflection on Aging

As many of you know, my perspective on aging has evolved over time.

But rather: How well can we live?

  • meaning over metrics

The Illusion of “Forever”
