From My Readings This Morning
The kind of road that leads to serenity, adventure, and a deeper connection with nature.
A place where time slows down, and the worries of the world fade with the sound of rustling leaves and distant waves. Every step feels familiar, like revisiting a dream from childhood—barefoot strolls on sun-warmed paths, the scent of salt in the air, and the laughter of loved ones echoing in the distance.
Here, the golden light of late afternoon casts long shadows, just as it did in those endless summer days of the past. The road isn’t just a way forward—it’s a bridge to memories, to the feeling of freedom that came with open skies and endless possibilities. Maybe this is why we wander, not just to find new places, but to rediscover the ones we've carried in our hearts all along.
The above post reminded me of my article on my Childhood Goals and Dreams that I am citing here today:
Meanwhile, a scenic ride in a country road brought back pleasant memories of my younger years
A scenic ride through the heart of the province - where time moves a little slower, and every turn reveals a story.
The scent of fresh earth lingers in the air, the rustling leaves whisper secrets of the past, and the gentle breeze carries the warmth of home. Here, life unfolds at its own pace, reminding you that the simple moments are often the most beautiful.
Lastly Did you know That....
Aging Starts from the Feet Up! Keep your legs active and strong as you age. If you don’t move your legs for just two weeks, you’ll lose the strength of a decade! Regular exercises like walking and cycling are vital for maintaining muscle strength.
The feet support the entire body’s weight, making them critical for mobility. So, walk every day to maintain strength and mobility.
