Do you watch Television? I do, about 3-4 hours per day after dinner. I enjoyed the news, award-wining TV series, Reality TV Shows( Survivor, Amazing Race) and PBS Documentaries. I have Apple TV and Prime Video subscription. I used to have Netflix but, I cancelled it.

In 1909, Filipino chemist Manuel Zamora developed Tiki-Tiki, a vitamin formula designed to prevent infantile beriberi, a deadly disease caused by vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency.
At the time, many Filipino infants suffered from this condition, leading to weakness, heart problems, and even death. Thanks to Zamora’s groundbreaking work, Tiki-Tiki became a trusted supplement for Filipino babies, saving countless lives!
Fun fact: Tiki-Tiki became so popular that its name is now commonly used in the Philippines to refer to any infant vitamin supplement!
