Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan (b. 1963) is a prominent Filipino politician and lawyer known for his advocacy in agriculture and social justice. Born in Manila, he pursued a law degree at the University of the Philippines and later completed a Master of Public Administration at Harvard University. Pangilinan's political career began in the 1990s, serving as a city councilor in Quezon City. He gained national prominence as a senator, first elected in 2001, where he focused on judicial reforms and youth empowerment. During his tenure, Pangilinan championed the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act, reflecting his commitment to protecting vulnerable sectors. The beach house could now accommodate 10 guests, six in the main floor and four in the first floor( air conditioned room).
