Finally, Do you Know that....

Arnis stands as a powerful symbol of Filipino discipline, resilience, and fighting spirit. More than just a martial art, it reflects the quick thinking, adaptability, and courage that shaped generations of Filipinos through history.
Known as the National Martial Art and Sport of the Philippines, Arnis carries deep cultural importance as an indigenous combat tradition passed down through families, communities, and warriors. Practiced with rattan sticks, blades, or empty hands, it reminds us that Filipino strength is not only physical. It is smart, fast, and deeply rooted in heritage.
Did you know? Arnis is also called Eskrima or Kali, and beginners often train first with lightweight rattan sticks called baston or yantok.
